About the Role: We are looking for a creative, driven, and experienced Social Media Manager to take charge of our brand’s digital voice. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing content across all our social platforms to build a strong, authentic online presence. Key Responsibilities: Develop monthly social media calendars and campaign strategies Create, schedule, and publish posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Work with designers and content creators to ensure high-quality, engaging content Track performance using insights/analytics and optimize accordingly Stay on top of social trends, viral content, and platform updates Respond to followers, engage with the community, and manage DMs/comments Collaborate with marketing and branding teams for product launches and events Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships (optional based on scale) Required Skills & Qualifications: 2–4 years of hands-on social media management experience Strong understanding of all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) Excellent content writing and communication skills Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools Experience with scheduling tools (Meta Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.) Strong sense of aesthetics, branding, and digital storytelling Organized, proactive, and results-driven Bonus if You Have: Video/Reel editing experience Worked with food, lifestyle, or retail brands Experience running paid ad campaigns Basic SEO or content marketing knowledge Perks & Benefits: Competitive salary Flexible working hours Opportunity to grow with the brand Creative freedom & space to experiment Supportive team & positive work culture Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 6 months Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 12/06/2025
