Social Media Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and data-driven Social Media Manager to handle our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across all social media platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and overall growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals
• Plan monthly content calendars
• Create, edit, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, graphics, videos)
• Maintain consistent brand voice across all platforms
• Manage and monitor social accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
• Respond to comments, messages, and audience queries
• Track KPIs, analyze performance, and prepare monthly reports
• Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices
• Ability to write compelling captions and copy
• Experience with Canva/Photoshop or basic design tools
• Knowledge of scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
• Basic video editing skills (preferred)
• Analytical mindset with experience in insights & reporting
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with running social media ads
• Knowledge of SEO
• Experience with influencer marketing or collaborations
