Job Title: Technical Executive – Client Presentation & Bid Support

Job Description:

We are looking a skilled professional to join our team as a Technical Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and delivering technical presentations to clients, addressing client queries, and managing documentation and bid submissions on procurement portals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present technical presentations to clients in a professional and effective manner.
• Handle client queries with confidence and clarity.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather relevant technical information.
• Prepare and manage tender/bid documents as per client and portal requirements.
• Work on government and private procurement portals for bid submission and tracking.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of bids, EOI, and RFP responses.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of all tender-related work.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical background (Engineering/IT/related fields preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident public speaking and client handling abilities.
• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS word, excel, power point).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
