Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Prayagraj for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, optimizing social media posts, creating engaging content, and analyzing social media performance. The role also involves coordinating with various departments to ensure cohesive communication and brand consistency across all platforms.

Qualifications

• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
• Proficient in Communication and Writing skills
• Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategies
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media metrics
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in the education or defense training sector is a plus
