Social Media Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager with at least 2 years of experience to plan and run campaigns, manage paid ads, and deliver clear performance reports and insights. 

Key Responsibilities

• Own the social media calendar across platforms (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube). 
• Plan and execute organic + paid campaigns (lead gen, event promotions, brand awareness). 
• Set up and optimize ads on

  Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads/YouTube, LinkedIn Campaign Manager

  . 
• Build audiences, implement UTM tracking, run A/B tests, and optimize for CPL/ROAS. 
• Monitor daily performance; prepare

  weekly and monthly reports

  with insights, trends, and next steps. 
• Manage community/ORM: respond to comments/DMs and escalate issues. 
• Brief designers/copywriters; ensure creatives and copies align with brand guidelines. 
• Coordinate with sales/event teams to align campaigns with launches and deadlines. 
• Stay updated on platform changes and best practices. 

Requirements

• 3- 5 years

  of proven social media + paid ads experience. 
• Strong command of analytics (GA4, platform analytics, Looker Studio/Excel). 
• Solid copywriting skills and basic creative sense (can brief and review creatives). 
• Excellent English communication and documentation skills. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications or equivalent experience.
