30K to 100K
followers in a year.
Is a
meme wizard
you live for internet culture.
Can turn trending content into something even better.
Has grown their own following or a brand s audience before (

).
Can design
eye-catching creatives

Is good at
upward managing
you ll create plans, iterate based on data, and execute.
Has
high ownership
and thrives without micromanagement.
Remote is fine, but if you re in Bangalore even better!
