Social Media Manager

Role Overview

We're seeking a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to elevate our digital presence. This role involves managing all aspects of social mediastrategy, content, engagement, influencer marketing, and analyticswith a focus on reinforcing our luxury positioning and engaging our high-end audience.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Campaigns

• Develop and execute a sophisticated social media strategy that aligns with brand objectives and elite consumer expectations; oversee platforms such as Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook etc
• Design and implement campaignsfrom seasonal and new launches

Content Creation & Aesthetics

• Produce relevant content: high-quality photography, lifestyle imagery, short-form video, elegant graphics, and captivating story formats.
• Ensure consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all communications, conveying exclusivity, sophistication, and heritage.

Community Building & Influencer Collaboration

• Cultivate and engage a loyal, aspirational online community; respond artfully to comments and inquiries, to reflect the brand's polished persona
• Identify and collaborate with influencers, celebrities, or stylists for an authentic and impactful partnership

Performance & Analytics

• Track, analyze, and report on engagement, reach, conversion metrics, and campaign performance to continually refine strategy

Trendspotting & Innovation

• Stay abreast of luxury branding trends and social platform evolutions; proactively incorporate emerging formats, storytelling styles (e.g., Reels, TikTok), and engagement tools.

Qualifications

• Experience:

  3 to 7+ years as Social Media Manager, preferably with luxury, fashion, jewellery, or heritage brands

• Education:

  Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a creative discipline; credentials from institutions like NIFT or NID are a plus

• Platform Proficiency:

  Skilled with Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube; adept in tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, Adobe Suite

• Analytical Tools:

  Comfortable with Google Analytics, social ads managers, SEO tools, and content performance dashboards

• Creative Skills:

  Strong visual storytelling sensibility; attention to elegance, narrative, and detail

• Soft Skills:

  Excellent communicator, organized, able to multitask, and aligned with luxury clientele sensibilities
