Social Media Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Manager to lead our online presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads, able to lead a team, and capable of bringing fresh content ideas to the table.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Run and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams for campaign visuals and messaging.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using insights & analytics.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a small in-house team.
• Stay up to date with trends, tools, and platform updates.
• Develop innovative content strategies to grow audience engagement and brand visibility.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing.
• Strong knowledge and execution experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Creative mindset with excellent content ideation skills.
• Strong communication & analytical skills.
• Experience with tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc., is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
• Yearly bonus
