Social Media Manager

📍 Ahmedabad | Full-time | On-site

About the Role

We’re building Konvo with Kathan — a podcast where business, psychology, and storytelling collide.

finding, connecting, and building relationships

What You’ll Do

Research and create a weekly list of
potential podcast guests
across entrepreneurship, tech, culture, and media.
Write
personalised outreach messages
for LinkedIn, Instagram, and email (no mass DMs).
Maintain a
guest CRM in Notion
– Contacted | Replied | Scheduled | Recorded | Published.
Coordinate schedules, confirmations, and media sharing before/after recordings.
Research each guest’s story, achievements, and key discussion themes for the host briefing.
Collaborate with the social media team to plan
episode teasers and collaborations
.

You’ll Fit Right In If You

Are naturally curious about founders, startups, and social media culture.
Can write clear, friendly, and convincing outreach messages.
Are comfortable using Notion, LinkedIn, and ChatGPT for research.
Are organized, proactive, and love building connections.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in
Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Business
preferred.
Prior experience (1–3 years) in
outreach, influencer marketing, PR, podcasting, or social media coordination
is a big plus.
