Job Description

Looking for a Social Media Manager to plan, create, and manage content across our social media platforms to grow brand awareness, engagement, and leads. The role involves strategy, daily posting, community management, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with business and marketing goals.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, shorts) on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
Manage pages daily: respond to comments, DMs, reviews, and engage with the online community.
Plan and run paid social media campaigns (Meta/Google/other platforms) and optimize for the best results.
Collaborate with design, sales, and management to plan campaigns, offers, and creatives.
Track KPIs (reach, engagement, followers, leads, website traffic) and share regular performance reports.
Stay updated with the latest trends, platforms, formats, and algorithm changes.

Candidate Requirements

1–3 years of experience as a Social Media Executive/Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of major social platforms, content formats, and social media best practices.
Basic understanding of SEO, website traffic, and analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
Experience with social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, etc.) is an added advantage.
Good copywriting skills and ability to create engaging captions and campaign ideas.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,275.36 - ₹42,895.59 per month
