Looking for a CNC Machine Operator to set up and operate CNC machines for precision component manufacturing as per drawings and specifications. The role includes basic programming/editing, routine maintenance, and quality inspection of finished parts. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines according to job orders. Load raw materials, set tools and offsets, and run components according to the drawing. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job cards. Monitor machine operation and make necessary parameter adjustments for quality and productivity. Inspect components using a vernier caliper, micrometer, and gauges, and record the measurements. Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and basic maintenance of machines. Follow safety, 5S, and company quality procedures on the shop floor. Candidate Requirements ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Fitter / Turner / Machinist or equivalent. 1–3 years of experience as a CNC Operator (Fresher with good practical knowledge can also be considered – optional line). Knowledge of CNC controls (Fanuc/Siemens/Mitsubishi or as applicable) and basic G‑code understanding preferred. Ability to read mechanical drawings and use measuring instruments.
