About the Role

Gahraaiyan Digital is looking for a smart, creative, and performance-driven Social Media Manager to lead our brand and client accounts across digital platforms. If you live and breathe Instagram trends, know how to engage communities, and can turn ideas into impactful content strategies — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and more
• Plan and execute social media strategies aligned with brand tone and business goals
• Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to get creatives and reels made
• Write creative and concise captions, post descriptions, and hashtags
• Schedule and publish content using tools like Meta Business Suite or Creator Studio
• Monitor platform insights and provide monthly performance reports
• Stay updated with social trends, platform updates, and best practices
• Engage with audience through comments, DMs, and community management
• Strong understanding of content creation and trending formats

Skills & Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in social media management (agency or brand side)
• Deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube content formats
• Strong knowledge of content trends, memes, reels, and viral marketing
• Excellent communication skills (written and visual sense)
• Familiarity with scheduling tools and basic analytics
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and timelines
• Basic understanding of design and editing tools like Canva
• Highly creative, organized, and team-oriented
• Must be available for work from office (Bhopal-based applicants only)
