Social Media Manager

As the Social Media Manager at Fancy Pastels, you will be responsible for leading the online presence of our premium fashion brand. You will blend aesthetic storytelling with performance marketing to create engaging content that resonates with our clientele. Your role will involve developing and executing social media strategies for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding across various channels. Your key responsibilities will include creating content calendars aligned with brand campaigns and seasonal trends, overseeing content creation from conceptualization to execution, writing engaging captions, and monitoring trends to keep the brand relevant. You will also manage influencer collaborations and user-generated content campaigns to amplify reach and drive sales. Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators such as engagement rates and follower growth will be essential in this role. To be successful in this position, you should have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands. A strong understanding of Instagram growth strategies, visual storytelling, and proficiency in creative tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is required. Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and influencer marketing strategies will be beneficial. Excellent communication skills in English are necessary, and proficiency in Hindi is a plus. A passion for fashion, trends, and creating scroll-stopping content is highly desirable.
