Social Media Manager

• Manage and handle social media accounts of multiple clients across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and others
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, carousels, etc.) aligned with each client’s brand voice
• Manage and run paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms to drive leads, sales, and engagement
• Develop monthly content calendars and campaign strategies for different clients
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize ad performance to ensure maximum ROI
• Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, and growth; prepare performance reports for clients
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and copywriters to deliver high-quality content
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and ad policies
• Handle community management: respond to comments, messages, and reviews professionally
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align social media strategies with business goals

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketing Executive
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and campaign optimization
• Good understanding of content strategy, hashtags, trends, and audience targeting
• Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
