About the Role - ( Full Time / Remote )

We are looking for a highly creative, fast-moving Social Media Manager to take ownership of multiple Instagram channels across our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brands. In this role, you will also manage and grow several AI Influencer accounts used for product placement and brand storytelling.

This position requires a strong understanding of Instagram growth strategies, content creation workflows, and AI-powered image generation. You will be responsible for consistently producing fresh content, coordinating with influencers, and maintaining a high-performance posting cadence.

Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management

  • • Plan, create, and publish daily content across multiple D2C Instagram accounts.

  • • Generate high-quality images using AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, etc.).

  • • Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity and tone for each brand.

  • • Write compelling captions optimized for engagement and conversions.

  • • Manage content calendars to ensure steady output and campaign alignment.

AI Influencer Management

  • • Operate and grow several AI influencer Instagram accounts for product placements.

  • • Generate photorealistic AI-driven influencer content in a fast iteration cycle.

  • • Respond to community messages and comments as the influencer persona.

  • • Maintain authenticity, consistency, and engagement across all influencer channels.

Social Media Operations

  • • Track channel performance, engagement metrics, and growth KPIs.

  • • Execute hashtag strategies, posting schedules, and growth tactics.

  • • Coordinate with internal teams on product launches, promotions, and campaigns.

  • • Monitor community feedback and trends to guide content strategy.

Communication & Collaboration

  • • Communicate with followers, influencers, partners, and micro-creators.

  • • Align with the marketing team on broader brand and campaign strategies.

  • • Stay updated with the latest Instagram algorithm changes and social trends.

Requirements

  • • 2 - 5 years of experience in Social Media Management, Influencer Marketing, or Content Creation.

  • • Strong expertise in Instagram: content formats, storytelling, growth strategies.

  • • Experience generating visual assets with AI tools (Midjourney, DALL•E, SD, etc.).

  • • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).

  • • Highly organized and able to manage multiple brands simultaneously.

  • • Fast execution speed, comfortable with rapid iteration cycles.

  • • Creative mindset with strong aesthetic judgment.

  • • Ability to work fully remotely, independently, and proactively.

Nice to Have

  • • Background in D2C brands, eCommerce, or performance marketing.

  • • Experience with influencer marketing tools and CRM systems.

  • • Basic graphic design or video editing skills.

  • • Familiarity with AI-driven automation workflows.
