About the Role :-

We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to scale our brand’s presence across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands storytelling, community building, and content trends while driving measurable growth and engagement for a D2C brand.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Social Media Management (BAU) – Plan, schedule, and execute daily/weekly content across all channels.
• Brand Voice & Tonality – Establish and maintain a consistent brand personality across visuals and copy.
• Engagement & Growth – Drive high engagement, follower acquisition, and audience retention.
• Founder-Led Marketing – Build personal branding and storytelling strategies around the founder.
• Community & Influencer Engagement – Cultivate relationships with creators, customers, and influencers.
• Performance & Analytics – Track KPIs, optimize campaigns, and share actionable insights with the team.

Must-Haves :-

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience managing social media for D2C or consumer-facing brands.
• Proven ability to scale social presence from scratch to a highly engaged community.
• Strong copywriting and content strategy skills, with a focus on Instagram Reels, Stories, and YouTube Shorts.
• A keen eye for visual hierarchy, aesthetics, and storytelling formats.
• Deep interest in parenting culture, lifestyle, or wellness spaces.
