Role Description

At Powersutra, we are passionate about fashion and design. We're on the lookout for a social media manager cum graphics designer to join our brand team. If you have a flair of fashion and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the brand's social media calendar and posting schedule (Instagram,, Pinterest, etc.)
• Create and implement content strategies that drive engagement, reach, and sales
• Monitor analytics to track performance and suggest optimizations
• Stay updated with trending formats (Reels, Instagram aesthetics, hashtags, grids etc.)
• Design creatives for social media (posts, reels covers, stories, campaigns)
• Create ad banners, website creatives, and emailers
• Develop consistent visual branding for the brand across platforms
• Edit short-form videos and reels for product highlights, styling tips, and more

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in social media and graphic design, preferably in fashion/e-commerce
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (basic video editing a bonus)
• Strong aesthetic sense aligned with women’s fashion and western wear
• Good understanding of Instagram trends, digital marketing, and fashion storytelling
• Self-starter, creative, and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
