This isn’t just managing accounts – it’s about living the role: creating content, being on camera, driving viral campaigns, and building relationships with influencers, gyms, celebrities, and wellness communities.

What You’ll Do

• Create & Star in Content

  – Write scripts for short-form video (Reels, Shorts, TikToks), record yourself on-camera, edit and post daily.

• Drive Virality

  – Spot trends early, remix them with Medroid’s brand, and make them shareable.

• Community Management

  – Keep our Instagram, Reddit, Discord, X, and WhatsApp channels buzzing with life.

• Influencer Marketing

  – Identify nano/micro-influencers, manage collaborations, negotiate posts/compensation, and track ROI.

• Partnerships

  – Build collabs with gyms, wellness centres, health creators, and celebrities.

• AI-Savvy

  – Use AI tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, Runway, etc.) for idea generation, scriptwriting, and content production.

• Analytics

  – Track reach, growth, and engagement; iterate fast to hit KPIs.

Requirements

• A

  bubbly extrovert

  personality – not shy of the camera; you enjoy being the centre of attention.
• At least

  10,000 Instagram followers

  on your personal handle.
• Proven track record of creating

  viral content

  (share examples in your portfolio).
• Strong understanding of

  short-form video platforms

  & trends.
• Experience in

  influencer marketing

  (negotiations, outreach, collabs).
• Comfortable using

  AI tools

  for content ideation & editing.
• Excellent communication & networking skills (you’ll be talking to influencers, celebs, and community managers daily).
• Bonus: Experience managing

  Discord/Reddit communities
