Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager & Content Writer, located in Chavakkad. The responsibilities include managing and creating content for social media platforms, developing content strategies, optimizing social media performance, and writing engaging copy. Daily tasks involve monitoring social media trends, coordinating with the marketing team, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies for clients
• Plan, execute, and publish creative content (posts, videos, reels, graphics)
• Manage and monitor multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Engage with audiences, respond to queries, and build online communities
• Track performance through analytics and prepare regular reports
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams for campaign execution

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management
• Strong creativity and storytelling skills
• Proficiency in tools like Canva/Adobe Suite
• Basic knowledge of paid ads and performance tracking
