Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketer & Trainer, located in Chavakkad. The Performance Marketer & Trainer will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, creating and managing advertising campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns for better results. Additionally, the role involves training students in various aspects of performance marketing, mentoring them through hands-on projects, and ensuring they gain practical knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in PPC, Google Analytics, and other performance marketing tools
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven experience in training and mentoring individuals or teams
• Ability to create and deliver structured training programs
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
