Social Media Manager & Content Creator

Job Title: Content Creator / Social Media Analyst cum ORM – Lakmé Academy Kochi

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Content Creator & Social Media Analyst who understands what makes audiences stop scrolling.
In this role, you’ll create engaging social content, track performance metrics, manage community engagement, and maintain Lakmé Academy Kochi’s brand reputation online.Your work will directly influence how the academy builds awareness, drives leads, and stays top of mind for aspiring beauty professionals.

Key Responsibilities

● Plan, shoot, and post social media content (reels, stories, posts) aligned with campaign goals.

● Track social performance metrics — engagement rate, reach, and audience insights.

● Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions to maintain active community engagement.

● Manage online reputation (ORM) by responding professionally to queries, reviews, and feedback.

● Collaborate with the Creative Head, Copywriter, and Digital Marketing team to ensure message consistency.

● Stay updated on beauty, education, and content trends to identify new content opportunities.

● Prepare weekly performance reports with insights and suggestions for growth.

Requirements

● 1–2 years of experience in social media management or content creation.

● Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook algorithms.

● Excellent communication skills (English & Malayalam preferred).

● Basic knowledge of content analytics and community management.

● Comfort in front of the camera for stories/reels is a bonus.

Preferred Skills

● Video editing (basic reels editing on mobile or CapCut).

● Awareness of beauty education trends and student community tone.

● Familiarity with ORM tools and digital dashboards.

● Creative mindset with a good sense of timing, visuals, and engagement triggers.

Salary : 20000 - 30000 per month.
