Job Overview:

If you've led social media for top brands, managed buzzing communities, and know what it takes to make a brand go viral then were looking for you to be our Social Media Expert.

What You'll Do:

Develop and execute social media strategies that align with brand goals and make people stop mid-scroll.
Create and oversee engaging, platform-specific content that feels fresh, relevant, and on-brand.
Manage and grow all social media channels from posting and scheduling to conversations and community building.
Analyze performance metrics, extract insights, and optimize campaigns to hit those wow numbers.
Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and viral formats because you were probably the one who spotted them first.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and performance teams to create integrated campaigns that drive visibility and conversion.
Plan and manage paid social campaigns that deliver impact (and not just impressions).
Work closely with the influencer marketing team to create creator-led content that actually converts.
Handle social media crises with calm, clarity, and creativity while turning challenges into opportunities.

You'll Need:

5+ years of experience in social media management and digital storytelling.
Proven ability to lead campaigns that drive engagement, growth, and results.
A creative brain that blends aesthetic with analytics.
Strong understanding of social platform algorithms, audience insights, and paid media.
Experience in team leadership and collaboration across departments.
