Job Description

As a Social Media Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence, driving audience engagement, and increasing brand awareness. Your responsibilities will include the following: - Understanding our social portfolio thoroughly, setting branding strategies & targets, and developing a detailed plan to achieve those targets. - Implementing brand amplification strategies using organic social techniques. - Executing brand amplification strategies using paid social techniques. In this role, it is essential that you take ownership of your targets and strive to achieve them without making excuses. We value proactive individuals who are self-driven and responsible team players. You will be expected to work independently and not rely on constant supervision. Qualifications & Experience: - A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or higher. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing organic and paid Social Media campaigns with a proven track record. Nice-to-have Requirements: - Familiarity and experience with external tools like Sales Navigator, automation tools, and reporting tools. - Exposure to international cultures, particularly the United Kingdom.
