Job Description

As a Social Media Manager at our company in Moradabad U.P, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence, driving audience engagement, and increasing brand awareness. Here's what you will be responsible for: - Understanding our social portfolio thoroughly, setting branding strategies & targets, and creating a detailed plan to achieve them. - Implementing brand amplification strategies using organic social techniques. - Implementing brand amplification strategies using paid social techniques. In this role, you won't be: - Setting your own targets and failing to achieve them; we believe in setting high standards and taking ownership. - Depending on the senior team for direction; we are looking for a responsible and proactive team player. - Being passive or reactive in your approach; we expect you to be proactive and take initiative. - Expecting spoon-feeding in any aspect; feel free to discuss and drive your own directions. Qualifications & Experience required: - A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or higher. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing organic and paid Social Media campaigns with a proven track record. Nice-to-have Requirements: - Understanding and experience of external tools like Sales Navigator, automation & reporting tools. - Exposure to international cultures, especially the United Kingdom.
