We are seeking a Social Media & Ads Manager who can manage Aushikaya’s online presence, design growth strategies, and run successful ad campaigns to boost engagement and sales.
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Manage paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) for brand awareness, lead generation, and sales conversion.
Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
Develop creative strategies for increasing followers, engagement, and website traffic.
Collaborate with designers, video editors, and the marketing team for content execution.
Stay updated with trends in digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce strategies.
Proven experience in managing social media platforms and running ad campaigns.
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
Excellent copywriting, communication, and creative thinking skills.
Ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable results.
Experience in e-commerce, wellness, or cosmetics industry will be an added advantage.
