Aushikaya is a fast-growing Ayurvedic brand dedicated to natural beauty and wellness. We’re looking for an experienced Social Media & Ads Manager to join our in-house team and drive brand growth through impactful content and high-performing ad campaigns.

• Strong understanding of social media strategy, paid ads, and analytics
• Creative mindset with data-driven decision-making
• Portfolio / case studies of past campaigns required

Job Description – Social Media & Ads Manager

You’ll manage Aushikaya’s social presence and paid advertising across platforms, creating strategies that boost awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, Amazon, Flipkart & other platforms
• Run and optimize Meta & Google Ads (awareness, traffic, conversions)
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams for campaign execution
• Maintain brand voice and ensure consistent visual & content quality
• Track trends and implement growth strategies for organic & paid reach

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management & paid advertising
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, insights & analytics
• Excellent content planning, copy sense, and campaign optimization skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines

Preferred:

• Experience with beauty, wellness, or product-based brands
• Basic knowledge of influencer marketing & performance tracking
