Job Description

We Do Have an urgent hiring for Social Media Manager Role & responsibilities - Develop, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) Manage budgets, analyze ad performance, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI. Design and implement social media strategies that align with business goals. Collaborate with the content and creative teams to produce high-performing ad creatives and copy. Monitor and report on KPIs, trends, and ROI metrics. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and placements. Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices. Manage and grow brand presence across key social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Requirements - 4+ years of experience in social media marketing with a strong focus on Meta Ads. Proven track record of managing paid campaigns with measurable results. Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Ads Manager. Knowledge of audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and funnel-based marketing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
