Role Overview:

We’re hiring a Social Media Management Intern who can handle daily posting of multiple reels across different Instagram pages. The ideal candidate is organized, understands Instagram trends, and can work in a fast-paced, content-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Upload and schedule multiple reels daily across various Instagram pages
Write catchy captions and select relevant, trending hashtagsCoordinate with the design and video editing team for timely delivery of contentMonitor post performance, basic engagement (likes/comments), and handle DMsMaintain posting calendars and ensure consistency in uploadsStay on top of Instagram trends, audio, and content formats

Requirements:

Must be based in Noida or able to work from our Noida office (in-office internship)
Strong understanding of Instagram, especially reels and video formatsGood sense of timing, visual aesthetics, and social media languageBasic content planning and communication skillsPrior experience managing Instagram pages is a bonusFamiliarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or reel scheduling tools is preferred
