About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern with a strong interest in UGC (User-Generated Content) creation. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating engaging, trend-driven content and supporting social media strategies that enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.

This role offers hands-on exposure to social media marketing, content creation, and digital brand building in a professional agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, editing, and scheduling content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
• Actively participate in UGC-style content creation, including short-form videos, reels, stories, and trend-based content.
• Support planning and execution of social media campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• Monitor social media platforms, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the audience professionally.
• Research social media trends, hashtags, competitors, and content ideas relevant to UGC formats.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align content with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Track basic performance metrics and assist in preparing social media reports.
• Maintain content calendars and ensure timely posting.

Requirements

• Fresher or currently pursuing/completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in UGC content creation, reels, short-form videos, and social media trends.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing fundamentals.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with basic editing tools (mobile or desktop) is an added advantage.
