Roles & Responsibilities Social Media Executive

• Manage and handle the companys social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others
  
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and captions
  
• Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars aligned with business goals
  
• Monitor daily engagement, comments, messages, and respond in a timely and professional manner
  
• Increase brand awareness, reach, and follower engagement through organic strategies
  
• Coordinate with internal teams for promotional campaigns, hiring posts, and brand communication
  
• Track and analyze social media performance using insights and analytics tools
  
• Maintain brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all platforms
  
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates
  
• Support paid campaigns by assisting with creatives, captions, and basic performance tracking

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline; qualification in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Media is an added advantage
  
• 2-3 years of experience in social media handling, digital marketing, or content management
  
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
  
• Good written communication skills with the ability to create engaging captions and content
  
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics, insights, and performance tracking
  
• Creative mindset with an eye for design, trends, and audience engagement
  
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms
  
• Ability to plan content calendars and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
  
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team
  
• Willingness to learn and stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform updates
