Social Media Expert (Bilingual – Spanish & English)

We are looking for a creative and bilingual Social Media Expert who can manage brand presence in both English and Spanish. The role involves content creation, community management, and running campaigns that connect with global audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok).
• Write and edit posts in Spanish & English to ensure cultural relevance.
• Design graphics, captions, and short-form videos for social media campaigns.
• Manage community engagement: responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
• Run and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare weekly reports.
• Collaborate with sales/lead gen teams to ensure social media supports business growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Specialist.
• Strong fluency in both Spanish & English (written & spoken).
• Proficiency with Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and social scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred

• Experience handling social media for U.S. or Canadian businesses.
• Knowledge of social media trends in both English- and Spanish-speaking markets.
• Basic video editing skills (Reels, Shorts, TikToks).
