We’re looking for a creative and culturally rooted Social Media Executive to manage Facebook & Instagram pages for a leading Bhojpuri entertainment brand. If you’re fluent in Bhojpuri and understand what truly connects with the heartland audience, this might be your dream role.

1) Key Responsibilities:

• Plan & publish daily content (reels, posts, stories) for Facebook and Instagram.
• Write sharp, engaging Bhojpuri captions and copy.
• Spot and adapt to trending moments, festivals, memes, and film releases.
• Collaborate with design/video teams for creatives and short-form content.
• Engage with followers, manage community conversations, and maintain a fun, authentic tone.
• Track performance analytics and optimize strategy for reach & engagement.

2) Additional Candidate Preferences:

• Must be fluent in Bhojpuri (reading, writing & speaking).
• Deep understanding of Bhojpuri films, pop culture, and humor.
• Prior experience managing brand pages on Instagram & Facebook.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or Reels editing tools is a plus.
• Should be proactive, creative, and responsive to trends.
• North India–based candidates preferred (remote options available).
