The company aims to engage audiences through characters and universes with a minimum shelf life of 7 years, ensuring maximum ROI for audiences, advertisers, and OTT partners. KathaVersse has two content brands: Antenaaa Studios, which focuses on premium fiction web shows, and Digital Commentary, a nonfiction division and rapidly growing Entertainment, Business & Sports content channel with 758K YouTube subscribers. Location: [City/Hybrid/Remote] Reporting to: Head of Business Development / Partnerships Lead About Us We are a fast-growing content company creating impactful digital IPs, branded entertainment, and storytelling formats that connect with today’s audiences. We partner with brands to craft stories that inspire, engage, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Role Overview The Executive – Brand Partnerships will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and securing brand collaborations across our content ecosystem. The role requires strong relationship-building, creative thinking, and commercial acumen to drive revenue through partnerships with agencies, advertisers, and platforms. Key Responsibilities Drive revenue by developing and managing brand partnerships across digital, social, and content-led platforms. Identify potential brand collaborators, build a pipeline, and manage end-to-end partnership cycles from outreach to closure. Work closely with content, strategy, and production teams to co-create branded entertainment solutions. Develop pitch decks, proposals, and case studies that showcase our IPs and partnership opportunities. Nurture and maintain relationships with media agencies, brand managers, and decision-makers. Track industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in branded content and influencer-led media. Meet and exceed quarterly sales/partnership targets. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in brand solutions, media sales, influencer marketing, or partnerships (preferably in content/digital media). Strong network across agencies, advertisers, and brand managers is a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to think creatively and strategically about branded storytelling opportunities. Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM tools.
