Job Description

We are looking for a mid-level social media professional to join our fast growing team as a Social Media Professional. The right candidate will be someone who can take full ownership of areas of responsibility, and proactively conceptualize campaigns, not merely respond to requests and take direction. He/she will have a strong bias for action, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, and an exceptional attention to detail. We will responsible for strong strategy and execution team including planning, design and content.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Listening:

    Conduct comprehensive social media listening to identify brand mentions, sentiment, emerging trends, and conversations relevant to clients.
  • Online Reputation Management (ORM):

    Proactively monitor and manage clients online reputation across all social platforms, addressing feedback and engaging with communities to maintain a positive brand image.
  • Analytics & Reporting:

    Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs. Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, providing actionable insights to maximize results. Translate social metrics into strategic quarterly and annual plans.
  • Content Development & Strategy:

    Actively collaborate with clients and in-house teams to strategize and implement innovative social media campaigns that seamlessly integrate into the overall marketing plan. Conceptualize social content calendars and write compelling editorial copy.
  • Content Scheduling & Management:

    Manage day-to-day operations, including coordinating with the creative team for asset development, planning promotions, and contests.
  • Campaign Execution & Optimization:

    Design and execute ROI-centric social media campaigns that build brand awareness and support the overall marketing mix for our clients.
  • Trend Exploration:

    Continuously monitor social media trends and explore upcoming social networks and creative uses of current properties to keep strategies cutting-edge.
  • Influencer Perception Management:

    Design and manage Influencer Perception Management programs for clients, fostering positive relationships and amplifying brand messages.
  • Community Building & Analysis:

    Analyze social media pages and communities, monitor feeds, and prepare SWOT analyses for brands. Plan, monitor, and build brand communities across platforms like

    Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Blogs

    , and other relevant social channels.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the social space, platforms, and measurement tools.
  • Ability to articulate how social media programs connect brands to customers and drive revenue.
  • Proficiency in using social media listening and analytics tools such as

    Radian6, Sprinklr, Quintly, Unmetric, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Social Mention, Trendrr, Raven, Omgili, and SEOMoz

  • Ability to actively collaborate with clients and in-house teams to strategize and implement innovative social media campaigns.
