Roles & Responsibilities

• Content Strategy & Planning:

   Own monthly social calendars, aligning with campaigns, launches, and seasonal trends.

• Content Creation & Shoots:

   Script, plan, and manage shoots for reels, shorts, interviews, testimonials, and more.

• Execution & Posting:

   Handle daily posting across platforms and maintain consistency in voice and design.

• Performance Tracking:

   Analyze post performance, channel growth, and audience insights. Present monthly reports with actionables.

• Meta Ads (IG & FB):

   Run and optimize campaigns to grow reach, engagement, and lead funnel.

• Lead Gen & Funnel Growth:

   Create content and CTAs that move prospects through the funnel—awareness to conversion.

• Brand Voice:

   Craft high-quality captions and copy that resonate with students, parents, and educators.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing 

  Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube

   for growth-focused brands.
• Strong grasp of 

  Meta Ads Manager

   and paid media best practices.
• Excellent communication—

  written and on-camera

  .
• Data-driven mindset with knowledge of platform analytics.
• Experience in 

  EdTech

   or student-focused brands is a strong advantage.
• Bonus: Comfortable being behind or in front of the camera occasionally.
