Social Media Executive (Organic & Campaign Manager)

Location: On-site, Baner-Pashan, Pune

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month

Experience: 6 months - 2 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch & optimize PPC campaigns across Google & Meta
• Conduct keyword and audience research
• Track performance, analyze metrics, and ensure high ROI
• Align campaigns with marketing goals
• Create reports and actionable insights
• Collaborate on team projects and data management in Google Workspace

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of PPC experience
• Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads & Google Analytics
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Google Ads certification preferred
• Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Microsoft Office/Google Suite
