Job Description

We are looking for a Creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing, have a strong understanding of social media trends, and know how to create engaging content that resonates with audiences and drives results.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
Create, curate, and post engaging and original content (images, videos, reels, stories, captions, etc.)
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence and followers.
Monitor social media trends, insights, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with the design and content team to plan campaigns and promotional activities.
Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics.
Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the online community in a professional manner.
Assist in paid campaign planning and optimization (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
1–2 years of proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Familiarity with analytics tools and social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,909.62 - ₹30,000.00 per month
