Core Responsibilities:

1. Schedule, and publish high-quality posts across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter, LinkedIn) on time and in line with brand guidelines.
2. Write clear, engaging, and grammatically accurate captions in English.
3. Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
4. Track, log, and share leads generated through social media channels on a daily/weekly basis.
5. Conduct competitor research and prepare insights to refine our content strategy.
6. Coordinate with internal teams (design, product, sales, etc.) for content needs and campaign execution.
7. Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across platforms.
8. Stay updated with emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices.
9. Prepare presentations for campaign ideas, performance reviews, and strategy proposals when required.
10. Assist in planning and executing influencer collaborations, campaigns, and brand partnerships.
    

Skill Requirements:

• Good command over written and spoken English.
• Strong sense of punctuality and discipline.
• Diligent, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of analytics and ability to interpret performance metrics.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Creative mindset with an eye for visual appeal and brand consistency.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a similar social media or digital marketing role (especially in travel/tourism) is a plus.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools, CRM systems, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva) is desirable.
