Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Social Media Executive to manage customer interactions across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will act as the voice of the brand, ensuring timely responses, empathetic communication, and effective resolution of customer queries or complaints received through social channels.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and respond to customer queries, complaints, and feedback across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) in real-time.Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Support, Logistics, Product, and Marketing) to ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer issues.Escalate critical or sensitive concerns to the appropriate stakeholders with proper documentation and follow-up until closure.Maintain a consistent brand tone and communication style across all platforms.Identify recurring issues and provide insights to improve customer experience and social media handling processes.Assist in managing crisis communication or brand reputation issues on social channels.
