Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow company's presence across social media platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X etc.
Conceptualize, design and post engaging graphics, reels, stories and videos.
Write creative and catchy captions, taglines, and short form content aligned with our brand tone.
Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar for all social media activities.
Monitor trends, hashtags, and industry insights to keep content relevant and appealing.
Coordinate with internal teams with event updates, announcements, and campaign content.
Track performance metrics (Engagement, reach, followers) and share periodic reports.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in marketing, mass communication, design, or related field.
Proven experience of minimum 1 year in social media engagement, content creation.
Hands on experience with design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator etc.
Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Creative thinker with attention to details and consistency.
