We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Executive who can blend trends with Innovist's brand voice and storytelling. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital culture and the ability to craft brand-relevant narratives that inspire engagement and conversions.
Track and adapt the latest digital, cultural, and social media trends into brandrelevant content.
Write engaging copy, captions, and hooks that resonate with the audience and drive engagement.
Manage and execute content across formats static posts, reels, stories, and carousels ensuring creativity and brand consistency.
Collaborate with designers, editors, and cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life with compelling visuals.
Maintain and manage a content calendar balancing trend-led and brand-driven objectives.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategies for better reach, engagement, and conversions.
Use SEO, hashtags, and keyword optimization to maximize content discoverability.
Experiment with new formats and contribute creative insights across campaigns, design direction, and storytelling.
25 years of proven experience in social media content creation/management.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft scroll-stopping content.
Understanding of both creative aesthetics and data-driven optimization.
Passion for digital trends, storytelling, and community building.
Proficiency in social media tools (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and analytics platforms.
