Job Overview:

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing, creating, and executing content strategies across all social media platforms to build brand awareness, engage with followers, and promote classes, workshops, and performances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a creative and consistent social media strategy.
• Create and manage engaging content for all social media platforms including posts, reels, stories, and YouTube videos.
• Capture, edit, and post real-time content during studio activities, workshops, rehearsals, and events.
• Maintain content calendars and schedule regular postings.
• Monitor trends, engagement, and audience behaviour to adjust strategies.
• Respond to DMs, comments, and inquiries across all platforms.
• Coordinate with in-house or freelance designers/videographers if required.
• Run and manage paid promotions and boost campaigns.
• Track social media performance metrics and report insights.
• Collaborate with the team for campaigns, launches, and collaborations.
• Support broader digital marketing efforts like email marketing and influencer tie-ups.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (preferred).
• 1-2 years of relevant experience (dance, lifestyle, entertainment field preferred).
• Strong grasp of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Skilled in tools like Canva, CapCut, InShot, Adobe Suite, etc.
• Basic photography and video shooting/editing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and in fast-paced, creative settings.
• A passion for dance, content creation, and youth culture is highly desirable.

Salary:

₹25,000 to ₹40,000 per month
(Based on experience, skills, and industry standards. Scope for increment based on performance after review period.)
