Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and tech-savvy Social Media Executive to manage our digital presence across platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in graphic designing, video editing, content marketing, and should be comfortable using AI tools for creating engaging and innovative content such as AI-generated or animated videos.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Create visually appealing content including graphics, short videos, reels, carousels, banners, etc.
• Plan and execute content marketing campaigns aligned with company goals.
• Use tools like Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), and others for content creation.
• Edit and publish high-quality videos for campaigns, testimonials, and promotional use.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Synthesia, D-ID, Pictory, Runway ML, etc.) for creating innovative content like AI-generated spokesperson videos, animations, voiceovers, etc.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on engagement and insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm creative campaign ideas.

Key Skills Required:

• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software.
• Hands-on experience with social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Understanding of content marketing strategies and digital storytelling.
• Strong knowledge and creativity in using AI-based content tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communication, or related field.
• Certification in Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or related tools will be an added advantage.
• Prior experience in managing brand pages or influencer accounts is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
