They also create and manage paid social media advertising campaigns and implement social media crisis management plans to respond to negative comments in a manner that protects the company’s reputation. A social media manager seeks to create and maintain a consistent and effective social media presence for the organisation that aligns with its brand voice. Social Media Manager Skills And Qualifications A social media manager needs a variety of skills and qualifications to ensure that they are able to effectively drive their company’s social media strategy in a challenging and dynamic environment.
