• Align strategies with overall marketing goals.
• Community Engagement:
• Monitor comments, messages, and mentions to interact with followers.
• Address queries and concerns promptly to maintain brand reputation.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Track and analyze social media performance using insights and analytics tools.
• Prepare reports and suggest improvements based on data.
• Advertising & Promotions:
• Manage paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
• Optimize budgets for the best ROI.
• Trend Monitoring & Innovation:
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform updates.
• Implement new features and creative strategies to stay ahead of competitors.
• Collaboration:
• Work with designers, videographers, and marketing teams for high-quality content.
• Partner with influencers and brands for collaborations.
