Social Media Executive


Key Responsibilities


1. Social Media Management

  • Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Maintain brand consistency and ensure all content aligns with company guidelines.
  • Manage daily posting calendar and optimize posting times.


2. Content Creation & Strategy

  • Develop visually appealing posts, reels, stories, and short videos.
  • Work closely with the design and marketing team to plan content themes and campaigns.
  • Write compelling captions, hashtags, and social copy to increase engagement.


3. Community Engagement

  • Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries professionally and promptly.
  • Increase followers and engagement through organic and paid strategies.
  • Build strong communities and positive brand interactions.


4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance of all posts and campaigns using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and improvement suggestions.
  • Optimize content based on analytics and industry trends.


5. Campaign Management

  • Assist in running paid ads and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns and brand collaborations.
  • Contribute ideas for viral content and growth hacks.


6. Trend Awareness

  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, formats, and tools.
  • Identify new opportunities for brand visibility and engagement.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and analytics tools.
  • Creative mindset with excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to create basic graphics and video edits (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools).
  • Knowledge of paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads) is a plus.
