Social media executive

Calfnero is a homegrown leather bag brand offering affordable luxury through timeless, high-quality, handcrafted leather bags. We’re now expanding rapidly with our own store, website, and growing social presence – and we’re looking for a creative, organized, and passionate Social Media Manager to lead our digital storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Social Media Management:
• Create and maintain a monthly social media calendar for all platforms – Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and others.
• Schedule and publish regular posts, reels, and stories in line with the brand’s voice and seasonal campaigns.
• Content Creation:
• Organize and coordinate photoshoots and reel shoots with the internal team or external collaborators.
• Edit reels and videos using Canva Pro, Adobe illustrator, Capcut or other tools to create aesthetic, high-quality content.
• Ideate and pitch new creative content ideas and trends relevant to the fashion and lifestyle space.
• Stay up to date with new trends.
• Influencer Marketing:
• Identify, contact, and manage influencer collaborations for product promotions, giveaways, and campaigns.
• Track performance and ensure timely content delivery from influencers.
• Brand Communication:
• Write engaging captions, hashtags, and copy aligned with brand voice.
• Handle email communications and respond to brand queries and collaborations professionally in English.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing brand social media pages (portfolio or past work required).
• Proficiency in Canva Pro, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest.
• Basic video editing skills for reels.
• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Highly organized and self-driven.
• Creative thinker with a good eye for aesthetics and trends.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing and content strategy is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, and scheduling tools is preferred.
• Keep track of analytics and engagement across platforms.
• Share insights and suggestions to improve content performance and reach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
