BiGo Bikes is India's first company-owned 100% EV bike mobility solution provider. Our services help businesses save more than 40% in office travel and delivery costs with our chauffeur-driven bikes. We cater to deliveries such as documents, parcels, products, and food, as well as transport needs for business activities including bank visits, meetings, site visits, sales visits, staff travel, and lunch pick-up or drop-off.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Executive located in Kolkata. The Social Media Executive will be responsible for planning and executing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and optimizing posts to improve online presence. Daily tasks will include monitoring social media channels, analyzing performance metrics, and coordinating with team members to ensure consistent branding and messaging across platforms.

Qualifications

Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
Media Planning capabilities
Strong Communication and Writing skills
Ability to create and execute social media strategies
Experience analyzing social media metrics and performance data
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of the EV bike/mobility solutions industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
