Location: Noida (Work From Office)

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
2nd & 4th Saturday: Work From Home
Mandatory: Must have own laptop in good working condition

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be trend-aware, content-driven, and capable of handling daily posting, engagement, and coordination with creative teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily posting on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Create captions, content ideas, and posting schedules
• Handle stories, reels coordination, and community engagement
• Monitor comments, DMs, and audience interactions
• Coordinate with design & content teams for creatives and timelines
• Build and manage monthly content & topical calendars
• Track basic performance metrics and prepare reports
• Stay updated with social media trends, memes, and platform updates
• Support campaigns, launches, and brand activities

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in social media management
• Good understanding of social media platforms and trends
• Basic knowledge of analytics and performance tracking
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Must have own laptop in good working condition
• Willing to work 6 days a week (2nd & 4th Saturday WFH)
• Comfortable with Noida office location

Good to Have:

• Experience with reels, UGC, or influencer coordination
• Basic understanding of paid ads or boosting posts
• Experience working in agencies or fast-paced environments
