About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative Social Media Executive who will support and enhance our company’s digital presence — with a strong focus on short-form, impactful video content. This role requires someone who can independently create high-quality videos, build brand identity, and manage daily social media operations across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and YouTube.


Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing the brand’s visual identity, tone of voice, and digital presence.
Maintain and follow brand guidelines across platforms.
Conceptualize, script, shoot, edit, and publish creative short-form videos (reels, stories, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos).
Handle end-to-end video production: ideation scripting shooting lighting/audio editing publishing.
Create static graphics, carousels, and visuals using Canva/Photoshop.
Prepare monthly content calendars, schedule posts, and conduct basic community engagement.
Manage small-budget paid promotions as needed.
Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics.
Collaborate with the founder, marketing, and sales teams for content aligned with business needs.
Support marketing activities such as campaigns, webinars, and event promotions.


Required Skills & Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in social media content creation with strong video editing skills.
Strong creativity and storytelling ability to produce engaging, brand-aligned videos.
Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and design tools (Canva, Photoshop; After Effects is a plus).
Good understanding of video shooting basics—lighting, framing, audio, stability.
Knowledge of algorithms for Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
Strong copywriting skills with a keen sense of branding and aesthetics.
Ability to work independently and deliver consistent, high-quality output.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Mass Communication, Film Making, or related fields (preferred).
Experience using AI tools to create text, images, and videos.


Good to Have

Experience working on content for IT/Tech/SaaS/B2B brands.
Portfolio of social media accounts or previous work.
Experience managing marketing activities such as campaigns, webinars, and events.
Marketing-related degree (advantage but not mandatory).
